Welcome to my page! I'm an engineer who just likes to build things. Rockets, rovers, drones, apps, websites. I have a wide range of interests and experience that brings surprising insight to the projects I'm on.

I was born in Toledo, OH and graduated from University of Cincinnati where I majored in Aerospace Engineering. While at UC I was part of the Autonomous Systems Lab where we designed a robotic chassis that interfaced with a Mitsubishi industrial robotic arm used to study satellite capture techniques and remote brain surgery. I was a "Rocket Surgeon" for a short time. This is also when I started coding, not just for school projects but for research with the university as I would often get requests from professors who have an old Fortran code they want to revive.

The University of Cincinnati has a mandatory co-op system where you are required to complete a certain number of internships before you graduate. I did all my internships with the Air Force Research Laboratory at both Edwards AFB, CA and Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. My focus during this time was amassing expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics and the regimes I studied was external flow, steady-state, internal combustion, and hypersonics. This is also the time I wrote a lot more software because sometimes you have to write your own solvers.

I'm now focusing on software development. I have taught myself Python, C#, SQL, Bash, HTML, CSS, and Fortran preferring to work in Python, C#, and SQL. I've built websites, converted excel toolkits to Python toolkits, written desktop applications in C#, and revived Fortran code for current computers. Currently, I'm studying cloud technology (AWS) and data analytics. I'm always learning and improving.

  • Led the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines using Python with Pandas, SQLAlchemy, and Numpy, interfacing with Snowflake databases for both new projects and legacy software.
  • Spearheaded the creation of infrastructure for software version control, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, database management, task orchestration, observability, monitoring, and code quality control.
  • Mentored peers in software debugging, version control, and software development.
  • Conducted data visualization in Tableau and effectively managed databases in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Designed and implemented a web crawler utilizing Python and Selenium to efficiently extract advertisement analytics from a vendor's website.

  • Create architectural shop drawings in AutoCAD LT resulting in $5,000 monthly revenue.
  • Prototyped American made Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS drones) that can be used for industrial inspections, photogrammetry, agriculture, and real estate.
  • Created SOW and component diagrams for phase 1 production of drone platform.

  • Used Python and SQL to extract, transform, and load data from existing spreadsheets to Microsoft Access or Excel database reducing missing orders by 95%.
  • Created custom automated reports using Python, VBA, and data from databases and spreadsheets saving 200 hours of manpower.
  • Developed graphical desktop tool kits that used conduct complex mathematical calculations increasing order efficiency by 75%.

  • Developed a Minimum Viable Product for a local startup drone company within 1 month. Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) had an integrated thermal and visible light camera systems.
  • Developed techniques for drone video transmission using VLC Media player through AWS.
  • Developed drone imaging cloud infrastructure using ASP.NET Web API, AWS API Gateway, Lamda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, and S3.
  • Created BOM for various iterations of drone platform.
  • Designed drones for use in man industries including medical, industrial, and emergency services.

  • Non-engineering experience. Worked as an adult GED tutor, boiler room operator, landscaper, and restaurant line cook during this period.

GE Aviation

March 2012 - November 2012

West Chester, OH

  • Created Computer Aided Design (CAD) models to pre-process, simulate, and post-process various combustor designs for GE aircraft engines.
  • Pre-processed combustor model to prepare for fluid simulation.
  • Combined different engine model components into one model for processing.
  • Simulated cold and reacting flow using Fluent.
  • Exported and transformed data to other GE Aviation groups for analysis and studies.

Air Force Research Laboratory Propulsion Directorate

April 2008 - September 2009

Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

  • Completed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis on hypersonic air breathing vehicles and isolators using CFD software.
  • Developed comprehensive database of the leading edge and cowl lip radii design space.
  • Published and presented findings at the Joint Army- Navy-NASA-Air Force (JANNAF) 2009 conference in Las Vegas, NV.

  • Gained basic understanding, skills, and techniques in CFD using Fluent Software.
  • Developed grid generation and meshing techniques for rocket nozzles using CAD Software.

Livingspace Toolkit

The purpose of this project is to create a toolkit that Livingspace LLC customer service can use to create custom orders for Livingspace sunrooms.


This calculator can be used to determine the design properties of various sunroom design styles given certain parameters as input. This is based off a project I worked on for my previous company.

Simple Leave Management

This project is a demonstration of a simple leave management system build using .Net 6 and ASP.NET Core. It demonstrates CRUD functionality and is intended as a quick showcase of the author's current proficiency in web application development.


This is the repository of my personal site written in Python using the Django framework. The site will be expanded over time as I improve my capabilities in Python and Django. I plan to add a blog to it at a later date.
